Cams.com is a long running webcam site with 100s of online chathosts. On first test drive, there were 850 chathosts online when we started. Quick filters are on the left on the home page and we really liked how quickly and intuitively we could filter down the categories. However, it applies only one filter at a time here, so if you want to combine for example age with build, then you have to click on the filter icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen. These filters were not numerous but worked quite well.

Once you filter down you can go into each individual room and see profiles and initial chat options.

Sign-up is easy and started right from the homepage. Once you enter a username, email and password, you will be prompted to buy credits in increments of 100, 250, 500 or 1000 at $12, $26, $50, or $99 respectively. There are other payment options to fax/mail payment, but credit card is the way here. However, you don’t have to buy any credits at this time and can just return to the home page.

Once you buy some tokens, we started with just 100 for $12 to see what we could do with that, you can go back and start searching. Don’t forget to look in your email and verify your account, it won’t work until you do that.

So what can we get with our $12? So the bottom line was that private sessions that we saw were from 30-40 tokens per minute, which works out to be $3.60 – $4.80 per minute. There are also Voyeur options for as little as 20 tokens, or $2.60 per minute. In the end this means that we can get about 5 minutes for our $12.
